It’s situation in the plateau of Mallorca facilitates that its grounds are truly fertile, providing diverse crops throughout the entire year, such as potatoes or the exquisite summer strawberries. The distance to the coast is only 14 Km approx, and there are excellent road links due to the newly upgraded motorway. The nearby towns are Campanet, Buger, Pollensa and Alcudia. The urban developments of Crestatx, S'Obac and Son Toni are located on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. These are urban developments destined for family homes, the majority of them with swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
