Fabulous modern villa located in Cala San Vicente, a quiet resort that is just a short walk from the crystal clear Mediterranean sea, and all amenities such as bus stop, pharmacy, shops and restaurants, etc. The house has three floors including a basement level where there is a games room with pool table, darts and cloakroom. The family rooms are on the middle floor and include a welcoming living / dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite television, which is open plan to a very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/ freezer with wine-fridge and an ice machine. There is also a double bedroom at this level (queen size bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Three further double bedrooms are on the top floor, two with twin beds and on suite bathrooms (with showers) and the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and bathroom with tub and rain shower. All have fitted wardrobes. The house has air conditioning throughout, electric shutters Wifi and safe facilities. The fantastic exteriors include the porch off the kitchen for summer dining and a big sun terrace around the lovely 8 x 4 m pool. The property has a built in barbecue, table tennis table, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a sofa bed. Note that a car is not absolutely necessary but very useful. Change over day is Friday.

A beautiful and quiet oasis, which inspires many painters and poets. Amazingly beautiful beaches, turquoise blue waters and breathtaking lights await you in this surrounding, which is similar to the Caribbean Sea. On the one hand the landscape offers fantastic hiking paths in the mountains, on the other hand all advantages of the Mediterranean Sea are offered and activities such as fishing, diving and other water sport activities can be enjoyed. For your own and your friend’s and family’s safety many lifeguards are located on every beach. There are many different restaurants to visit, where you can finish off a nice day of your holiday.
