There are two storeys, with a ground floor comprising lounge with fireplace and television, a modern fitted kitchen, a wheelchair adapted comfortable bedroom with double bed and shower room and another twin bedroom with a separate shower room.
Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and private terrace, a shower room and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning and there is central heating throughout. The outside area is perfect; lots of great outdoor living areas to relax in, including a fantastic pergola, chill out lounge area and a lovely outdoor dining area with barbecue. There are stunning views of the picturesque mountains from the swimming pool which can also be fenced for safety, if holidaying with small children.
Features include: Heating 24h from Nov. until April, hot/cold air conditioning system from 6pm until 08am included from May to October, hot/cold exterior shower, satellite TV, DVD / CD player, Safe box, cot, highchair, barbecue, heated pool (at the additional cost of 250€/week, 28º depending of exterior weather).
Pollensa: Location and surroundings of this property
“La Huerta de la Font”, is the name of the urban development that surrounds the historical village of Pollensa. It is located on the outskirts, to the North of the town, at the foot of one of the final stretches of beautiful Tramuntana Mountain Range. The distance from La Font to Pollensa is only 1 km. The urbanisation was developed exclusively for the construction of detached villas, built alongside, ancient, well-known farmhouses and large country estates. The majority of the villas in La Font have swimming pools and pretty gardens with panoramic views of the surroundings, mountains, the old town of Pollensa and if you are situated higher up in La Font you can even see the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia in the distance. La Font is also known for being a peaceful and natural beauty spot, rich in vegetation with small tracks, bordered with classic Majorcan walls “ stone clad”. Situated only a short journey, approximately 10 minutes by car to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente the Nautical Club and the Polelnsa Golf course.
