This chalet is a few steps from one of the most spectacular beaches on the north coast of the island, Arenal d'en Castell. The wonderful shell-shaped bay, with shallow, turquoise water, is ideal for families with young children.
The exterior of the property is very spacious, with several different areas to relax, around the swimming pool where there are comfortable sun loungers and to one side there is covered seating and bbq area under a parasol to enjoy alfresco dining with friends and family. The rest of the garden has an immaculate artificial lawn, which is an ideal play area for young children.
The Spectacular sea views from the first floor have inspired the villa's inverted design, and so on this level of the villa you have a north-facing verandah with elegant sofas, the living room, kitchen and one twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor you have 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and then one other double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a family bathroom.
The two double rooms have direct access to the pool terrace.
The property was renovated in 2020 with fresh modern decor and offers air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The location of the villa is privileged and offers pedestrian access to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the tourist area. The island's capital, Mahón, and its picturesque natural harbor, is a 20-minute drive away, as are the popular unspoilt beaches on the north coast, Binimel-là, Cavallería and Pregonda. For guests who rent a car during their stay, there is private parking for two vehicles , and for those who prefer public transport, the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.
