Although it has been finished using the highest quality materials, the most valuable feature of this property is without doubt the captivating and relaxing view out over the Mediterranean from most rooms. The spacious entrance hall, greets us with lovely sea views. The master suite is found on this level comprising two double bathrooms, living room and large terrace; spacious, modern, open plan kitchen with dining room for 12 guests and sitting area with TV and terrace. The kitchen area has outside access to a side terrace. Lift and cloakroom. Going down to the lower level we find another large hall, cloakroom, utility room and laundry room plus four bedrooms (one double and three twin), each with its own private bathroom. Two of them lead out onto a romantic veranda overlooking the sea. On this level, there is another generously sized room with another large kitchen, equipped with a large stove, gas oven, wood stove that can be used as a barbecue or wood oven, ideal for large parties, a dining area that accommodates 12 people and a covered terrace. This room also has side exterior access to a garden area that leads to the upstairs kitchen and also has access to the pool. The sauna, Jacuzzi and games room is located at basement level and from here the pool (5.20m x 11.40m x 1.80m deep) can also be accessed via a beautiful Majorcan stone staircase.
