With breathtaking views of the sea, Morer Vermell is a unique property. The sandy beach is two steps away from the shady terraces which have unspoilt ocean views.
The property is a beautiful traditional building which has been reformed internally. There is a large living dining room with double doors leading out to the back of the property. This area has high ceilings and is very cool and airy. The kitchen is just off from the living room and has all of the conveniences that you would expect to find: Fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave.
There are four bedrooms in total. Two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a twin and the second twin bedroom is on the first floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Double beds: 150 x 200. Single beds: 90 x 200.
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with a shower over bathtub and the second with shower unit.
Outside, the surroundings are spectacular. There is a terrace overlooking the sea with terrace furniture which is an ideal place to sit and take in the views. There are sunbeds which can be placed in any sunny spot in the gardens or under the shade of one of the pine trees. There is a large dining terrace to the rear of the house with brick build barbecue. Beyond the dining terrace there is an enchanting woody area which offers privacy and quiet tranquility.
There is ample private parking and a ping pong table for your entertainment.

Alcudia: Location and surroundings of this property

Morer Vermell.- This wonderful beach is situated on the peninsula that separates the fabulous bay of Pollensa and the equally magnificent Alcudia bay, and just 2 km from the old town of Alcudia.
It is a particularly quiet, family beach visited by only a few tourists that is perfect for large doses of relaxing on the fine white sand or swimming in crystal clear waters. Enjoy gorgeous views across the bay of Pollensa as far as Formentor and at sundown beautiful sunsets to set the mood.
The clear waters are perfect for the children to splash around in and great for snorkelling or for using a small boat (at 200 m the depth is still only 2 m deep).
There has been no excessive building and the area is home to few hotels as well as a residential area with the same name. Continuing the rocky coast towards Alcudia is a delight, remaining untouched, dotted with Pine trees and flanked by the sea.
In terms of amenities there aren’t any services as lifeguard station but there is a supermarket and souvenir shop, restaurants and a kayak, hiking rental and guiding shop. You’ll find it easily just one street back from the beach.
