The hotel, newly built and with the activity license included in the price, combines modernity in decor with a fully restored rustic envelope. The furniture and lighting, included in price too, designed by prestigious firms, is avant-garde. Emphasizing simplicity and the neutrality of white colour, it is the thread of the interior design project that combines current trends with traditional architectural elements of the area as warehouses or wine breweries, creating a special contrast between aged concrete pavement, white colour, masonry and the clearness of the central zone. The rooms are simple, spacious, elegant and trendy while their windows views let us enjoy of the old town, the vineyards and rustic landscapes which remind us that we are in a haven of peace and rest, what makes the hotel unique in the area. On the ground floor we find: reception area, lounge area with a wine cellar next to it, dining room for 30 guests, fully equipped industrial kitchen, storage and bathrooms. Basement layout is: dining area for 20 guests, wine cellar, living room where a central fireplace with a 5 meters high chimney divides and integrates the different rooms in the basement and ground floor. In the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, laundry room and store room for extra beds. In the 2nd floor there are another 4 bedrooms, 2 with Jacuzzi. The rear of the building has a courtyard and an adjacent building which is the ninth room. The suite, with private living room, also adapted for the disabled. 50 meters far from the hotel, you can enjoy a swimming pool surrounded by pine trees and natural grass with reserved area for the hotel.


Utiel: Location and surroundings of this property

The hotel is located in the town of Villargordo del Cabriel, a village in the province of Valencia. The town, bathed in the Cabriel River, one of the cleanest in Europe, enjoys an enviable landscape. The Cabriel River serves as border between Valencian and Castilian lands for more than 50km, from the Contreras dam to its confluence with the Júcar River. The winding course of the river is the hub of a vast very little transformed and exceptionally preserved area.
