This area has large supermarkets and all the necessary services. Gandia has more than 7 km of beach. The north beach, where all the apartments and hotels on the beach of Gandia are located, is a fine white sand beach. Each year it receives quality awards for its cleanliness. The promenade has a section for pedestrians, another with bike path and a third with garden area. Underneath the promenade is an underground parking opened during the high season. During this season, there is also a "bibliobus" with books, newspapers and computers and a WIFI zone is available for wireless Internet connection in front of the beach. In addition, Gandia has excellent connections both by road and by train that connect with the centre of Valencia every day and practically every 30 min. The city of Valencia is approx. 50 minutes and the nearest airports are Manises (Valencia) at 80 km and Altet (Alicante) at 130 km.
