Villaviciosa Costa: Location and surroundings of this property

Selorio is an Asturian village in the council of Villaviciosa, with a registered population of 526 inhabitants, 224 of whom are residents. Selorio is located in the central area of the council of Villaviciosa.
Very close to the Villaviciosa estuary and 9 km from the capital, the village is bordered to the north by the Cantabrian Sea, to the east by Colunga and to the south by the Mali parishes of Tornón, Priesca and La Llera. The beaches of Rodiles and Misiego are just 10 minutes away, and you can go there by bike or, if you prefer, on foot along the small path that runs from the house to both beaches. It will take about 20 minutes, although this walking time can be extended if you follow the path along the Villaviciosa estuary and Rodiles beach and stop to admire the church of Santa Eulalia, listed as an Asset of Cultural Interest.
Selorio has a supermarket, its "Bar el Cruce" and its restaurant where you can meet the inhabitants of this small village.
