These properties have the advantage of being located in what is known as 'the Barcelona lung'; where the fresh air, privacy, natural surroundings and spectacular views are the main attractions.
There is a bus station at 5 minutes walking distance from the house. The house is also close to Baixador de Vallvidrera and Les Planes FGC stations. With the train we arrive in 10 minutes to Barcelona (Sarrià); the trains stop is next to the school Montserrat, which is the school of Spain that has the best qualification as an educational center. It is also close to the primary schools Xipres and Nabí and nursery school Puput.
