This charming finca is situated just three kilometres from one of Mallorca's most renowned beaches. Es Trenc is quite possibly the most beautiful beach anywhere on the island, barely a stone's throw from the house. A quiet lane off the main road leads up to the finca. On reaching the house, you will be greeted by a delightful garden offering total privacy. There are four bedrooms in the main house, built in the year 2008, each with its own en-suite bathroom. An old finca on the grounds has also been meticulously restored. The loft-style ground floor comprises a living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a utility room which adjoins the living and dining area. Outside, this exceptional property boasts a large pool, several covered terraces and a self-contained outdoor kitchen which is perfect for warm summer evenings. For daily shopping needs, chemists or doctors, the town of Campos is less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airport can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes.
