Only 14 kilometres away are the municipalities of El Escorial and San Lorenzo de El Escorial to the north, Villalba and Collado Villalba to the east and Galapagar to the south, as well as others of equal importance.
It is located in a privileged enclave, near the Madrid mountains and the municipality chosen by Felipe II to build the El Escorial Monastery, as well as having been chosen as the summer residence of the Spanish Royal Family.
It enjoys very good communications with the centre of Madrid and with the rest of the community. The train station is 5 minutes away, as well as a bus network that connects the Urbanization with surrounding towns and the centre of Madrid.
Within the Urbanization there is a shopping centre, clinic, restaurants, cafeterias, parks, supermarkets, pharmacy, dentist, tobacconist, bookstore, etc.
Los Arroyos is an urbanization in the middle of mountains, mountains of the sierra, vast pastures of vegetation, conifers and above all oaks.
