The town, in the middle basin of the Guadarrama River, at an altitude of 661 meters and occupies about 7,000 hectares. The population is close to 30,000 inhabitants. Villaviciosa is well connected by the M-501 and M-50 highways. The Urbanization El Bosque has accesses that facilitate its communication with the Centre of Villaviciosa, sector B of Boadilla del Monte and with Móstoles and Alcorcón through the M 506 road.
El Bosque has its own commercial centre, several supermarkets, various shops and bank branches and it is close to ten to fifteen minutes from the main university, hospitals, public universities and the most popular and important commercial areas of the Northwest of the Community of Madrid.
