Els Poblets / El Verger: Location and surroundings of this property

Dénia the main town of the Marina Alta at the north of the Costa Blanca disposes of a fishing port, a ferry port and different marinas. The majority of the more than 20 kilometres of coastline are sandy beaches but as well there is a rocky part at the foothill of the Mongó. The historic centre with a great variety of bars and restaurants invites to enjoy life during the whole year. It is just one hour by car to the international airports of Alicante and Valencia.
El Montgó ocupa buena parte de la mitad meridional, extendiéndose a sus pies el Cabo de San Antonio. A lo largo de casi 20 kilómetros de frente marítimo abierto al norte y noreste, se suceden las costas bajas y arenosas y las costas recortadas y acantiladas de Las Rotas, hasta llegar a la Cova Tallada, donde termina Dénia y comienza Jávea. Por la gran variedad gastronómica y especialmente los típicos platos autóctonos Dénia recientemente ha sido nombrado por la UNESCO, ciudad creativa de la gastronomía. Su suave clima mediterráneo la convierte en el lugar ideal para vivir durante todo el año.
