Picassent: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in the Urbanization El Pinar de Picassent, in a quiet area with views from Valencia to the whole south bank, and where we find public transport services such as Metro a few minutes from the property and bus service. The two of us leave in the center of Valencia in about 20 minutes, in turn, we also have a bus to the beach in the summer months, and the Bypass connections from Valencia to Barcelona or Alicante and Albacete. Within walking distance of the property we find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The population of Picassent is a city of about 20,000 inhabitants, in which we find different kindergartens, schools and institutes, a large sports center with indoor and outdoor pools and different sports activities.
