The house was furnished with attention to detail and lots of creativity. One of the highlights of this property can be found in the garden area - a Thai elephant in life-size, a unique piece of a meanwhile deceased Thai artist, that represents the house by its name.
The kitchen and living area can be found directly after entering the front door. A designer sofa made of golden velvet, standing in front of an Italian silk wallpaper with implemented gold elements, adorns the living room. The living room table and also the Hi-Fi rack made of solid oak are custom pieces of a noble carpenter. The unique "Beach Kitchen" in Key West style and the matching dining table in the form of a surfboard were also designed and made by this wood artist. The kitchen is equipped with all the refinements such as pharmacy pull-outs, soft-touch drawers, high-quality electrical appliances and a "Side by Side" refrigerator and freezer from Samsung with touch display and integrated water dispenser with ice cubes. It also has a high-end osmosis system for crystal-clear drinking water. Under the stairs in the living room there is a large cupboard that offers plenty of storage space for shoes and clothing. It is equipped with LED strip lighting and was also built by the mentioned furniture designer. As well as the cupboards, the washbasin and the solid oak mirror in the guest toilet, which has been refined with a colourful Marrakesh mosaic. On the ground floor there is a guest room with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe and the utility room with a water decalcifying system, new washing machine and dryer. The flooring consists of high-quality Shabby Chic tiles in wood optic. Underfloor heating and air conditioning guarantee a pleasant temperature all year round.
The illuminated staircase in chocolate-brown wood optic leads to the first floor, where the master bedroom with balcony and bathroom is located. A walk-in wardrobe and the office with its own balcony are also to be found on this floor. Various exclusive details were used to design the different spaces - the bathroom in gold-brown mosaic (Hugh Heffner - Playboy 1974), emerald-gold mosaic stone in the overhead-wellness-shower, copper wall and floor tiles, handmade bathroom furniture of solid oak and walk-in wardrobe with professional drawers by the German master carpenter, luxury box-spring-bed by Cocoon with high-quality box-spring-mattress by King Koil, Swiss stone pine wooden wall behind the bed and textile wallpaper with jungle design on the opposite side as well as a custom-made desk of solid oak in the office. Particularly noteworthy is the large glass front, which connects the bedroom and bathroom and thus allows great sea views from both rooms. The bedroom leads to a private balcony with fantastic views. The walk-in wardrobe was originally intended as a second bathroom, which is why all the necessary connections are available to put it into operation if desired. The living room and bedroom are equipped with an Ambilight ceiling lighting (under the plaster).
The charming garden and terrace area with pool in front of the house leaves nothing to be desired - whether it's the pool mosaic in emerald-gold with phosphor elements that glow in the dark, the black-polished volcanic stones in the beds, the originally reconstructed "Southernmost Point"-buoy from Key West with built-in refrigerator, the large date and coconut palms, the 3,5-metre-large Indian Suar wood tree disc table with designer stainless steel swingers or the Californian Adirondack-chairs in the pool area, made of weatherproof material - in this exclusive property every single detail is something truly unique. All paths are made of stone slabs from Santanyí and the terrace flooring is made of a coated outdoor variant of the continuous floor tiles from the interior. Sun protection is provided by remote-controlled sun blinds including a wind sensor. The anthracite-coloured shutters on the windows and terrace doors integrate perfectly into the overall picture. In order to be able to enjoy the warm evenings outside, the entire outdoor area is equipped with Ambilight lighting from Philipps, which can be controlled via app and adjusted in colour. The façade of the house is illuminated with LED spotlights. The property has four surveillance cameras, which can also be controlled via app. The gate to the parking lot in front of the house can be opened by remote control.
