Upon entering, we are welcomed by a large and luxury reception hall. On the right a distribution corridor leads, on one side to the fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, and on the other, to an annex with more furniture and a sink, and finally to the anteroom of the living-dining room, with comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. At the centre of the living - dining room, there is a large crystal table, and at the end, a sofa with comfortable seats for seven people to watch a movie or TV. The house is surrounded by large windows looking the exterior and interior gardens, pool, and sea, which almost splash the windows. After this hall, a corridor leads us to two bedrooms with garden views. They have dressing rooms and en suite bathrooms. This area has a separate guest’s entrance to enjoy all the comforts and privacy as if it were a 5 stars hotel. Returning to the reception hall, on the left there is a guest toilet, opposite, a pantry with a king-size fridge and at the end, a door to the garage with space for two cars. Forward to the left is the Master Bedroom, equipped with windows to the garden and pool, sumptuous dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower. At the garden there is a barbecue, a large heated swimming pool with waterfall, and lots of plants with. The house, designed to live in it, has been built with the highest quality.
