The living space is about 800m2, distributed between the

2 minutes away from the center of Alfaz del Pí, 8 from Albir
beach, 10 from Benidorm and 40 from the International
Airport of Alicante. The property is situated very close to all
kinds of services; supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries
etc. and a private English and Norwegian school are also
close by.
The municipality of Alfaz del Pi is located in the southeast
part of the district of the Marina Baixa, in the Community of
Valencia. It has 21.964 inhabitants of which approx. 56% are
of foreign nationality.
