On the third floor of this magnificent building, we found this burly duplex with excellent qualities, much living space and lots of natural illumination. The building is a family estate with only three doors (one per floor) this makes a very quiet place to live. We go up by the elevator to the lobby and we have access to the house where we found a terrace of 60 meters (north orientation) overlooking the main square and the historical town, then inside, we have a spacious lounge with fireplace, a distributor hall, wide kitchen with gallery and interior window (also with plenty of light), then on the same floor there is a double room with fitted wardrobes, all covered in wood of the highest quality, there is also a single room with desktop and exterior window, a complete and very spacious bathroom and finally the spectacular master bedroom with an amazing bathroom (en-suite). We go to the top floor and we find another double room as spacious as we found on the lower floor, a complete bathroom, a partial attic of approximately 40 meters and finally a great single room that leads to an interior terrace (south orientation) it has awning and its about 30 meters long. Finally say that house is gorgeous !!!
Almassera is the town wich has better connection to valencia city, it has all public transport to the city, including the subway. Our house is located approximately 5 streets from the station and 2 streets from the bus stop, it is certainly a privileged position for people who do not want or can not take the car or simply prefer to use these means of transport. Around the property there are many shops, sports centre, a football field, we also have pharmacy and health center a few meters. It is certainly a very appropriate place to leverage the advantages provided by our admired horta nord, clean air, quiet zone, wonderfull sunset and quiet neighbourhood who have set in the village from several generations ago. Finally, a few 700 meters from the house there is a greenway route that cuts across of the region and go through the term of Puzol, reaching approximately 18 kilometers, ideal for enjoying sports in a unique natural environment.
