Algar is a municipality located between “Sierra de Espadán” and “Sierra de Calderona”, on the banks of the river Palancia. The irregular surface of the term is quite hilly with flat on the banks of the Palancia areas. The Palancia river crosses the term by its central part, of NO to SE. The climate is mediterranean. The village is perched along the right bank of the Palancia, in a small hillock. A pleasant village with all necessary services. It is accessed from Valencia, through A-23 and then taking the CV-327. Another more convenient way is to use the A-23 and take exit 18 N-225. The neighborhood where the house is located is surrounded by nature, with permanent residents throughout the year. All necessary services: supermarkets, schools…. The beaches of Sagunto and Canet are just 5 minutes drive away and Valencia 30km. by motorway.
