A small, fantastic vineyard and around 400 olive trees, as well as a variety of fruit trees, offer many possibilities. Along the paths of the property are 8 paddocks. The farm is currently operating as a breeding center for Andalusian PRE horses with 8 horses, is registered with the ANCCE and also certified by the Valencian government. Surroundings: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located 5 minutes away from the picturesque village Tárbena which has a stunning view over the coast and sea. There are various bars and restaurants in Tárbena. Also a small supermarket can be found in the village centre and a market day takes place every week. The town hall offers various sport and cultural activities.
During the summer there is the possibility of using a public swimming pool or the swimming pool that belongs to a restaurant just outside the village.

The area of Tárbena close to Coll de Rates is famous for almond trees and frequently visited by hikers and cyclists.
