In the countryside of Elche we discovered this magnificent manor house from the early twentieth century. This type of property was used as holiday home or recreational housing for people belonging to the middle and upper middle class.
The house has a ground floor which was originally the courtyard, which is still preserved, and it has been built a work area with a toilet. On the first floor or main floor is a large hall which is accessed from a beautiful, sunny porch which precedes the main facade, the kitchen, the dining room, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor has a distributor hall that leads into four bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony with laundry. The top floor is the tower where we find a bedroom and a loft.
Outside you have planted fruit trees and date palms and other ornamental trees. For vehicles it has been installed a parking with roof for three cars.
