Sant Gervasi-Galvany is a district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district of the city of Barcelona. The name of the neighborhood refers to San Gervasio, since it was the lower part of this municipality to which it belonged until the annexation of this one to Barcelona, and to Camp d'en Galvany, whose urbanization began in 1866 its owner, Josep Castelló and Galvany, who also named the Plaza de Castellón with his other last name. The name of Galvany became popular when it was adopted by the market of Galvany, located in the center of the neighborhood between Santaló, Calaf, Amigó and Madrazo streets.
