Magnificent house located in the upper area of Castelldefels, very close to all services.
When we entered the house we found the day area, a large space without walls that distributes hall, equipped kitchen on one side and immense living room on the other side. Passed the kitchen and opening a window we find a particular and special glass-enclosed urban cottage that consists of a beautiful leisure area with: sauna, Jacuzzi, fireplace and bar area.
On the second floor, for the night area, there is the main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom en suite and two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom
The attic occupies a large bedroom with its private bathroom. Where we can also find a bar, another fireplace and a skylight destined to enjoy the starry nights.
In the beautiful and well-tended garden we find a well-kept fountain and a beautiful saltwater pool.
