The front door gives access to a hallway and from there access a great stay, fitted out as a kitchen and dining room with great lighting due to large windows. We have direct access to the garage, with capacity for 4 cars also has a bathroom and a wardrobe. From the lobby we went up the beautiful staircase made of marble that allows us to reach the first floor where we find a spacious living room also lit by windows and access to a beautiful terrace. The Sueca population is located at the south of the city of Valencia, approximately 36km. and it is part of “Parque Natural de La Albufera”. Sueca coast has a lot of beaches: El Perello, Las Palmeras, Mareny Blau, Mareny de Barraquetes… so it is a tourist town that travelers often visit but not only for its beaches. Sueca offers all the services as shops, supermarkets, schools and entertainment places in addition to its monuments and gastronomy.
