The house is located at one end of the village of Búger, in a quiet area behind the church. With all the character of a village house, outside it enjoys a lawn area surrounding a swimming pool with beautiful uninterrupted views from the Tramuntana mountains to Alcudia bay.
This little village offers an experience which is unique in Mallorca, combining proximity to the coast with the peace, privacy, and charm of village life.
Distributed on three floors, on the lowest level is the swimming pool (10 m x 4 m), surrounded by lawns, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. A powder room and a multi-purpose room which was once a wine cellar.
On the middle-ground floor is the living-dining room with open-plan kitchen, very well equipped and with access to a pretty terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, enjoying excellent views. At this level there are also two shower rooms with double washbasins, and three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds).
The top floor has three more double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), all with air conditioning, plus a family bathroom and a snug. There is central heating throughout the house, and a small garage to suit a small car, motorbikes or bicycles. A fantastic, spacious and central home with plenty of privacy and high quality.

Rocky coves and sandy beaches are perfectly complemented by the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea. The abundant light and natural colors of aged olive groves, citrus orchards, pines and oaks, craggy limestone and steep rock, almond blossoms and azure waters create beautiful hues.
