This beautiful property is located in the Marina Alta region. Its situation allows easy access to the countryside and mountains, as well as to the beach. Within a few minutes drive you have access to all amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, schools, doctors or health centre. In the surrounding area there are many orange groves, which support the local economy, as well as olive trees and pine forests.
It is also only fifteen minutes from the beaches of Jávea and Denia, one hour from Valencia and Alicante and their respective airports. In Denia there is also a passenger ferry service to Ibiza, Formentera and Palma de Mallorca.
Since 2015, Denia has been included by UNESCO in the exquisite circle of creative cities of gastronomy.
