Villaviciosa de Odón, is at west of the metropolitan area of the capital. It borders with Boadilla del Monte, Villanueva de la Cañada, Brunete, Seville la Nueva, Móstoles, Alcorcón and Navalcarnero.
The town is located in the middle basin of the river Guadarrama, at an altitude of 661 meters and occupies about 7,000 hectares. The population is close to 30,000 inhabitants. Villaviciosa is well connected by the M-501 and M-50 highways. The Urbanization El Bosque has accesses that facilitate its communication with the Center of Villaviciosa, sector B of Boadilla del Monte and with Móstoles and Alcorcón through the M 506 road.
