El Perchel/La Trinidad originated in the place where the royal camp of Isabella The Catholic was located during the siege of Malaga. Its traditional architecture is typical from the large multi-family houses looking onto a main yard called “corralones”

A lot of historical events have taken place here, being a point of reference for 19th century traditions in Malaga. It is one of the most popular neighbourhoods, cradle of artists, politicians and members of brotherhoods.

A few metres from the historic district, calle Marmoles is well connected by public transport and there are a lot of amenities such as hospitals, medical centres, chemist’s, supermarkets, bars and a gym with swimming pool in the vicinity. The shopping centres “El Corte Inglés” and “Plaza Malaga” are 200 metres away, next to Avenida de Andalucia and Armengual de la Mota street.
