Beniarbeig is located at the foot of the mountain "Segaria", which borders the Orba Valley to the north. The village has about 2000 inhabitants and is home to a few small restaurants, an assisted living centre, a private maternity clinic and all the main shops for basic needs such as a pharmacy. The weekly market, which takes place every Tuesday, offers additional shopping opportunities.Beniarbeig is also close to the main amenities. Just 5 minutes away is the shopping centre with its cinema and wide range of shops, right next to the A-7 motorway which connects us to Valencia and Alicante airports, both an hour away. The large local hospital is 8 minutes away. Denia and Javea, with their tourist attractions, beaches, excellent restaurants, lively nightlife and everything a Mediterranean town has to offer, are only 10 minutes away by car. However, Beniarbeig is in a very quiet location with access to the valley, walking, cycling, excursions to the surrounding area such as the famous "Barranc d'infern" with its 6,800 stone steps, which is only 10 minutes inland.
