The Diagonal Sagrada Familia 42 studio is based on a modern style building with an elevator, only a few minutes way from the basilica of Sagrada Familia. The open plan layout offers a full view of this smart space. The living/dining area has comfortable sofa which can converts into a double bed should the tenant receive any guests. The double glazed floor to ceiling windows on both in the living area and in the bedroom, allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun light. The dining table and chairs, are separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a work-island ensuring that a budding chef is still included in the conversation. The bedroom has 2 single beds which can be prepared as a double bed. Although it is a studio concept, the bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door. From the bedroom there is access to a dressing area with wardrobe space and also an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite is elegant with a complete walk in shower. The apartment comes with conditioned air, heating and a TV.
