The house is located in Esparreguera in a beautiful and central area very close to the church.
Esparreguera is a town in Baix Llobregat located 35 km away from Barcelona, very well connected with direct access to the A-2 motorway. It has a regular bus line to Barcelona and Renfe or Ferrocarriles, at only 5 minutes by car.
One can enjoy all types of services, such as public and private schools (some of them of reference, such as the “Ágora” school in Sant Esteve Sesrovires), and public and private medical centers.
In the town there is a lot of commerce and excellent services. At only a few minutes is the Abrera Shopping Center, which includes a supermarket, cinemas and a variety of shops, as well as a gas station.
The property is located near the Martorell Industrial Complex. Worthy of mention in it are the SEAT Factory, and the MERCADONA Logistics Center.
It is close to Montserrat and the Masia Bach Golf.
