This monumental eighteenth-century house restored in 2006 taking care of all the details, it's located in the old town of the city of Xàtiva, historical cradle of the Borgia, opposite of the Cathedral. The house keeps most of original details, its restoration was inspired by the houses of the Renaissance Florence. Initially it was designed to be a small boutique hotel and in his post restoration was given the use of haute cuisine restaurant. Consists of two floors more downstairs. At the entrance on the ground floor we found a wide space that introduces us to a patio that keeps many details of the original building as a source of stone and all discovered with original brick walls. Next to the we found the original staircase which gives access to the first floor and in which we found the rooms of the House that give access to the balcony with direct views to la Seu and in which all of the original details as decoration of walls and pillars are respected, also have a fireplace of origin in one of the lounges. On the second floor we have a semi-penthouse whose window in arches shape gives the sense of viewpoint. The restoration of the house was looking after of preserving all the details, but at the same time to provide the House of a solid structure that would allow them to give different uses. It should also be noted that one of the land adjoining the property is buildable allowing you to extend the surface of the property.
The house is located in the old town of Xátiva, cultural and historical centre of the region, and also commercial centre of the area, which consists of a variety of services both at the level of trade, hospitality and cultural.
