This modern new built finca is located five minutes by car from the beach S'Amarador at the edge of the nature reserve. The ground floor has an open living/dining area with integrated kitchen and storage room. In the two wings there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms - three of them en suite. Upstairs there is a TV area with access to the sunny terrace from where you can enjoy views of the greenery and hilly landscape of S'Alquería Blanca. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors the finca appears bright and light-flooded. Underfloor heating and air conditioning (DAIKIN Altherma) ensure a pleasant temperature all year round. A lot of importance was attached to a high-quality construction and domestic technology. The mediterranean garden impresses with an approx. 6 x 12 m large infinity pool and a beautiful terrace. Furthermore, there is a guest house with bathroom and underfloor heating and offers a covered BBQ area at the back. At the end of the property there is another guest house with bath en suite, covered terrace with a beautiful view into the nature as well as a separate driveway. The finca has a well with license, so that with the well water both the pool and the garden is watered. The drinking water is supplied by two big cisterns or if required by the city water pipe. The lively town of Santanyi with its numerous restaurants, cafés and boutiques is only a ten minute drive away. Numerous bays are only a few minutes drive away.


Santanyi: Location and surroundings of this property

Santanyí is situated in the extreme southeast of Mallorca, about 56 km from Palmaand some 12 km inland from the coastal resort of Cala D’Or with its charming marina, bars and restaurants. The village in the Southeast, with its nearly 12,000 inhabitants, is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. The houses are built in the original Majorcan style with their typical Maressandstone. The shops offer fine fashions, local jewellery and ceramics and every Wednesday and Saturday you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of one of the most delightful markets of the island. The Mondrago Natural Park is in the vicinity with its two beautiful bays, Mondrago and S’Amarador and for golfers the Vall D’Or golf club with outstanding views of the sea is just a 20 minutes drive away. Among the many other beautiful bays in the area are Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí and Cala Figuera where you can still see the traditional Mallorcan fishing boats coming in and out every day offering their wares for sale right in front of your eyes as you walk around the most picturesque old harbour of the island.
