Gandia: Location and surroundings of this property

The building is located in the area closest to the Marina of Gandia, second line of the beach of Gandia, a few meters from the seafront promenade. A remarkable area with all kind of services; shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc ... . Gandia has more than 7 km of beach divided into several sections. Property is on North beach. It is a beach of more than three kilometres in length with fine and clean sand. The promenade has a section for pedestrians, another with bike path and a third with garden area. The city of Valencia, is approx. 50 minutes away and the nearest airports are Manises (Valencia) at 80 km and Altet (Alicante) at 130 km.
