We access throuh the entrance door to a living-dining room-kitchen, spacious and bright. The L-shaped kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, hood and sink. Night area is separated from day area to give a greater peace of mind. A distributor takes us to one of the bathrooms and rooms, two of them larger than a single room. At the bottom of the hallway we find the suite type double room, with full equipped bathroom. All rooms are outdoor, being all bright rooms.
This flat has a domestic hot water production system through low consumption aerothermal energy and an accumulator tank. It also has an air conditioning system using a low-consumption heat pump, powered by aerothermal equipment.

Baix Llobregat: Location and surroundings of this property

El Papiol is a residential town close to the left bank of the Llobregat river, in the Baix Llobregat area and about 15 kilometres from Barcelona. It is very well connected with this city and it has a relevant cultural activity.
Being close to an urban centre like Barcelona gives access to a wide variety of services and leisure activities without suffering the discomforts of the big city.
The territory where el Papiol is located is quite rugged. The town is on a mountainous platform besides the river bank, offering panoramic views on the entire region, especially from the upper part of the town, where the castle is located. Surrounded by the old town, the castle was built in the X century and is one of the main points of interest in the town.
Other places of interest are les Escletxes, large open cracks in a rock massif of extraordinary geological interest; the quartz and fluorite mines; and the Romanesque hermitage of La Salut (IX-X centuries). Those spots are inside the Collserola park, an ideal area for excursions on foot or by bicycle.
