We enter the apartment through a small drawing room that gives access to the kitchen, it is a functional and practical space, next we enter in the living room, it is a very sunny and square space, on the right hand wall there are sliding windows in all its length, and in the front area we have the entrance to the large terrace of 25 m2 and next to it more sliding windows, in resume it is a large and bright space that connects with the outside offering clear views. The wide and sunny terrace has a south orientation on its front face and northeast orientation on its left side, we enjoy clear views from which we can see Montjuïc mountain, the high buildings of Tarragona street, and further to the northeast we can see the Tibidabo mountain. In the back side of the living room there are the toilet and the bathroom. The bedroom is located on the ground floor of the duplex, it is a charming space and has a small balcony that overlooks Valladolid street, it is a very quiet and noiseless street.
