Ondara / Beniarbeig: Location and surroundings of this property

This beautiful home is located at Beniarbeig town, in the Marina Alta region, between the Rectoría valley and the Marquesado of Denia. The Gerona river passes through its term, dividing the town into two parts. In its surroundings we can see a multitude of orange trees, which sustain the local economy; as well as olive and pine trees .. It is located at an average altitude of 42 meters, just fifteen minutes driving from the beaches of Javea or Denia, one hour from the city of Valencia, one hour from the city of Alicante and the airports from Manises (in Valencia) and from El Altet (in Alicante). Accessed through exit 62 of the AP-7 motorway or by the national N-332 that passes through the nearby town of Ondara. As for public transport, in Denia and Gandía there are the closest railway stations, which connect with the Valencia or Alicante train stations. In Denia we also find a passenger maritime line to Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca. The population is small and therefore has its charm, you can walk and have a few drinks, but its location allows us to easily access the countryside and mountains, as well as the beach. For large purchases it is only 3 km. a great mall. If we have to define the population, we can say that it breathes tranquility and cordiality and in turn is a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, the beaches and the tourist areas.
