This large farm almost forty hectares with a production of more than fifteen thousand olive trees of arbequina, which is part of the production of one of the major brands of organic olive oil, it is located in the Valley of Enguera one of the most extraordinary natural setting in the interior of the region of Valencia. This cottage of the century XVIII is restored in the 2011 combining the style rustic of the same with an atmosphere modern and current. The House is used as cottage accommodates up to fifteen people divided into four rooms, two of them in suite. On the ground floor we have two kitchens and a main hall. The main kitchen is an open space where you can enjoy what is the preparation of a good evening in the company of everyone in the House. Next to the staircase, we have a small room you can use as te-room or game room. On the second floor we find the seating area as we have described earlier. The house is equipped with all the comforts both heating and air conditioning as well as the water system. In addition to this the estate consists of an organic garden and a small farm with various animals. Is a property of recreation to enjoy of the nature and of the fruit of the land.
