This property is around 85,000 sqm, which has 1580 olive trees with drip irrigation at distances of 7x7. The plantation, in general, is young as the oldest olive trees are 20 years old. So, every year the production given by the farm will be greater. It is estimated that future production will be between 33,000 and 40,000 kg. The land is located on the slope of an elevation that prevents the olive trees from freezing and the type of soil is limestone, which avoids many possible diseases and loss of humidity. The farm has a tractor, a small bottling plant, two tanks of 2,500 litres each to store the oil and a drainage tank with a pump. There are also two water wells, own olive brand (glen real oleum), a website with an online shop to be exploited where more products can be incorporated, the web address is www.almanzarasananton.es.

The house is of recent construction (2018) and if the new owner needed to extend the house or warehouse would not have any problem. It is also equipped with tennis court, parking and a small grove of large pine trees. A large estate with many possibilities for growth, which produces an oil of extreme quality and which will always have its market for the best palates.
