shops in the city. We would highlight the tranquility,
magnificent architecture and variety of services it has to
Guindalera neighborhood belonging to the
Salamanca district, bounded by Avenida de America,
Francisco Silvela, Alcala and the M-30. This well-connected
and ample area counts with two of the most important parks -
Breogán and Eva Duarte - making it a very commercial and
residential area. Guindalera was known as the Modern
Madrid (also called Modern Madrid Colony): a neighborhood
