The house is brand new. It is located on the first floor of urbanization “Gato Montés” which is the most established in Almardá beach. It is located north of the province of Valencia, being the capital of the region of Camp de Morvedre. With a population of about 65,000 inhabitants has all kind os services, such as health centers, financial, sports, cultural, gastronomic, shopping centers, etc. We distinguish two large towns: Sagunto and Puerto de Sagunto. Sagunto is in the historical district, with monuments like Castillo de Sagunto, Roman Theatre, Iglesia del Salvador; and various cultural events such as the Easter procession Saguntina, summer festival "Sagunto on Stage", and more. In Puerto de Sagunto we find the best beaches in Valencia, entertainment and a wide gastronomic variety.
