Ciudad Jardín is an oasis in the middle of the city, with very little traffic, but direct access to M-30 motorway. In addition, this house is next to Parque de Berlín, which is one of the biggest in Madrid.
Chamartín offers an extremely high level of public services, shops, schools, churches, sports facilities and a selection of excellent bars and restaurants. Several Embassies are represented in the area.
Public transport in Chamartín consists of approximately 50 bus lines, seven different metro lines and two train stations, which provide to residents very high levels of access to all parts of Madrid and connection to surrounding areas.
Other points of interest are The National Auditorium, the Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium, several museums and Parque de Berlín.
