The project combines all the elements to be a reference in the Costa Blanca of Spain. Location and surroundings, design and equipment of the villas, with an unmistakably contemporary Mediterranean style where to enjoy life in relation with nature.
CONTEMPORARY MEDITERRANEAN DESIGN
The privilege of being on the Mediterranean coast is accentuated by the contemporary design of the villa. It is Mediterranean with traditional elements of architecture such as careful guidance, sun protection elements such as lamas, the white color of the materials, the north and south-facing terraces and the interior/exterior relationship.
The facade has large light overhangs that configure spaces and turn the central area of the house into a traditional Mediterranean patio and create spaces of shadows and lights in front of the house.
The stone and the native vegetation are fundamental in the project, reducing the climatic footprint of the building.
Among the decorative elements of the villa, the central mosaic stands out, two levels high, which recalls and reinterprets the architectural traditions of Mediterranean civilizations. The wood used in carpentry is noble, guaranteeing durability, warmth and visual quality.
Located on the northern coast of Alicante we find Dénia, the capital city of the Marina Alta district. Throughout its 20-kilometres of coastline we find fantastic sandy beaches and rocky coves, which punctuate the coast all the way down to Javea. Particularly remarkable is the Montgó Natural Park, which occupies the southern part, the fishing and the ferry port, the different marinas, and its old town, offering a huge variety of international, national and autochthonous dishes. Therefore Denia recently has been denominated by the UNESCO, creative gastronomy city. From the port of Dénia we find the idyllic islands of Mallorca and Ibiza, only 51 nautical miles away. The distance to the international airports of Valencia and Alicante is 100 km.
