El Clot: Location and surroundings of this development

Located in the district of Sant Martí which includes in the same territory, the past and future of Barcelona, with ten neighborhoods that share a common nexus: all have a long industrial past.
The Olympic Games in Barcelona transformed the city and, in particular, the district of Sant Martí, which was definitively opened to the sea and changed the factories, warehouses and industrial warehouses for new housing, green areas, facilities and business complexes linked to the information and communication society.
