Los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición podrán ser ejercitados ante la Agencia en su domicilio social de Av. Diagonal 640, 6º B, 08017 Barcelona o vía email a la dirección barcelonalopd@engelvoelkers.com, adjuntándose a la solicitud fotocopia de su D.N.I. u otro documento identificativo sustitutorio. La Agencia se reserva el derecho a conservar los datos de carácter personal durante dos años tras la finalización de la relación contractual con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de la misma.

The purpose of the processing is the maintenance and management of the contractual relationship which aims to connect the data subject with people interested in buying, selling or renting property, authorizing the data subject such treatment.
The Agency will process this information with the utmost confidentiality, authorizing the data subject to the Agency to share such information with third parties exclusively for purposes that relate directly to the main subject of the agreement. In particular, the data subject authorizes to share his/her personal data to those interested in buying, selling or renting property or their representatives, as well as the network of group companies and licensees of Engel&Völkers, public notary, institutions and public and private organizations involved in the transaction.
Rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection with regard to this personal data may be exercised by contacting the Agency at its registered office at Av. Building buit in 1.967 in good state of conservation, with wide entrance and elevator. The flat is sunny in the morning, and enjoys a very rational layout with spacious rooms. It is in very good condition and is very quiet.
