The Agency will process this information with the utmost confidentiality, authorizing the data subject to the Agency to share such information with third parties exclusively for purposes that relate directly to the main subject of the agreement. In particular, the data subject authorizes to share his/her personal data to those interested in buying, selling or renting property or their representatives, as well as the network of group companies and licensees of Engel&Völkers, public notary, institutions and public and private organizations involved in the transaction.
Rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection with regard to this personal data may be exercised by contacting the Agency at its registered office at Av. Special and unique house with entrance by pedestrian. The entrance to de house is by a calm pedestrian passage or by the parking directly to the kitchen. It is elevated from the street by a high wall that gives it privileged views and also privacy. Entering the house through the main entrance of the wooded passage, we find a sitting area in the garden.
