Malvarrosa: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located close to the University Campus, with all the advantages for the students, such as underground, tram or bus stops, and even High Speed (AVE) Trains Station (ADIF). Close to the market of El Cabañal, where you can buy fresh products daily. Also near are supermarkets and shops the surrounding avenues such as "Serreria", or important streets like "La Reina". Health centre and two hospitals, are also available, at a distance of at least 5 minutes by feet. The leisure offer in the neighbourhood is superb and if you seek sports facility, the Municipal Sports centre is very close, as well as gyms and areas where to practice.
