Old and beautiful renovated house, union of three legally separate houses plus what was the orchard now garden. The towns of Saneja, Sant Martí d’Aravó, and Guils de Cerdanya belong to the same municipality. To highlight the gothic bridge that joins Sant Martí with Puigcerdà, as well as the Romanesque style churches of Guils and Saneja. The wonderful landscape here changes quickly from valley to mountain until it arrives to the Guils-Fontanera nordic ski resort from where you can start many different hiking trails all year round.
