In 1993 the new building was added with 14 guest rooms. The complex needs some renovations. Hotel has all licenses. The ground floor has a large hall and a spacious offices, meeting room, laundry room, workshop and engine room. In addition, we found a double room and a junior suite room with access to the pool area. On the first and second floors we have double rooms with shower or bath and junior suites with kitchenette, most of them include natural beds of the patented Hüsler Nest system. In total we have 14 rooms (9 double rooms, 4 junior suites, 1 bungalow) + 6 rooms for other uses in the original house. On the third floor is the attic of about 190sqm with kitchen, dining room, bedroom, living room and bathroom and with two large terraces on the south and west side. Outside we find the garden area with swimming pool, barbecue area, and solarium. Property has three garage and parking areas with capacity for 30 cars.


Rótova: Location and surroundings of this property

Rótova is located in the province of Valencia, in the La Safor region. Its only 10 minutes’ drive from the city of Gandia, capital of the region and well known for its famous white and fine sand beaches of great extension. The famous city of Valencia is about 60 km to the north and the city of Alicante about 120 km to the south, both with airports and good rail connections with the rest of the Spanish territory. Rótova is a pretty village surrounded by orange groves and pine trees and is well known in the area for its famous cocas de dacsa, a very traditional dish whose main ingredient is corn flour. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, in a beautiful valley overlooking the mountains with pine trees. A good area for cycling enthusiasts because of its natural environment and the peace you breathe. The property has a large number of fruit trees and half of it is framed by the bed of the river Vernissa that leads water during the rainy season. It is like a little piece of paradise in the middle of the mountains where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape and a very quiet atmosphere.
